How Can this technology be useful?
Thermal Imaging is extremely beneficial in a home inspection. Our State of the Art, FLIR infrared camera can spot anomalies that the naked eye cannot see. The purpose of an infrared scan is to find issues and catch them before they become BIG problems. With the use of an infrared camera, our goal is to identify moisture issues in walls and ceilings, missing or uneven insulation that results in energy loss, overheating or overloading electrical circuits that can result in fires, water leaks in the plumbing system, air leaks in the HVAC system, moisture within the wall cavity of stucco and EIFS wall claddings, and much more. Our Infrared Inspections come FREE with every home inspection and give you the peace of mind you need when purchasing a home.

Infrared is a reflective ray of light on the electromagnetic spectrum that is not visible to the naked eye. We use this to get a leg up during the home inspection process. We do a thorough and detailed scan through the entire home, making sure we look at every possible area we can through the Infrared Camera. Many times, our camera will catch something that is not a big deal at the time, but if not repaired, can become a big deal. This saves you lots of money when something can be addressed early on in the process. Call us today to schedule your Thermal Imaging Inspection!
