With our color coded reports, we are able to provide you with every single detail about your home, whether or not it is major or minor. Each defect is assigned a color based on how important it is. We are able to use State-Of-The-Art tools during the inspection, that helps us find defects that other competitors won't. Many of these defects can only be spotted with an Infrared Camera, and are considered "invisible" to the naked eye. In addition to our Infrared Camera, we provide you with a FREE Foundation Leveling Survey. This is an often overlooked portion of the home inspection by many competitors. The foundation is one of the most important components of your home, and the last thing you need upon moving into your home is an expensive foundation repair. Our level can give you digital measurements that tell you a precise position of your home's foundation. We can tell you if it's sloping, sinking, or heaving; which is crucial information that you need!
